Interested in how meaningful data and imagery, combined with collaboration, can bring together diverse communities. Passionate about racial and socioeconomic equity, bridging the opportunity gap, and combining differing bodies of knowledge to support and enhance each other.

Born and raised in Tacoma, WA, I am currently pursuing my Master of Public Administration at the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance, engaging in coursework such as Policy Analysis, Financial Management and Budgeting, and Quantitative Analysis.

Outside school, I have enjoyed re-discovering the outdoors, attempting to meal prep, finding new places to eat and drink, sketching WA’s beauty, and traveling whenever possible.

Previously, I was a program manager at the Washington Professional Educator Standards Board and contributed to a variety of programs (process coordination and improvement, focus group facilitation, research, and outreach). Prior to moving back home to Tacoma, I lived and worked in St. Louis, MO, briefly teaching fourth grade and serving as Co-President of City Faces, a youth engagement program in St. Louis Public Housing. Experiences include re-imagining WA’s educator preparation program approval process; coauthoring a white paper with nonprofit law firm, ArchCity Defenders; helping coordinate a School Board campaign with Stand for Children, Tacoma; and creating a culminating video for a national teacher pathway campaign, TeachStrong.
